DRIVER-ORIENTATED CONTROLS
Instruments are simple, clear and easy to read featuring two large analogue dials – essential in a sports car. The 3‑spoke design of the steering wheel incorporates key functions for ease of control. On Automatic models, paddles mounted behind the steering wheel allow you to select gears sequentially with your fingertips without taking your hands from the wheel.
LIGHTWEIGHT SEATS
F‑TYPE's Sport and Performance seats have been engineered with sports cars in mind. The lighter magnesium construction of the seats saves over 8kg* of weight compared with previous generation models. Their streamlined form takes up less space enabling a greater range of seating positions. Performance seats provide increased lateral support during dynamic driving and the option of cooling for greater comfort.
CONFIGURABLE AMBIENT LIGHTING
Push the Start button and F‑TYPE's interior comes to life with cascades of light. Configurable Ambient Lighting adds even greater personalisation with a choice of Phosphor Blue, Pale Blue, White, Coral or Red to suit your mood or style. Activate Dynamic Mode and the lighting dramatically switches to Red on the door grab handles, centre console and instrument cluster.
LUGGAGE SPACE
We have designed the loadspace of F‑TYPE Coupé to create a sports car that fits every lifestyle. Its loadspace is competitive with some well‑known family hatchbacks – up to 408 litres. For added ease of access, the tailgate can be opened or closed at the touch of a button with the optional powered function2.
